OrderBuddy has had the pleasure of installing our POS system, Kitchen Display System (KDS), and QR Code system at Chadstone’s very own OMI.
OMI has been dubbed Best Japanese Restaurant in Victoria and is the home of premium wagyu rice bowls.
The Chadstone store is always buzzing and needed a system that was effective and efficient so that their staff can focus on maintaining the best possible customer service.
Installation processes are fast and convenient and if you add the OrderBuddy Epson printer to your order then you can keep on serving while we get the programs up and running.
In the case you don’t want to purchase the printer, we recommend the installation take place before or after hours to avoid any inconvenience!
Our team is on-site to ensure that staff is trained in all things OrderBuddy and that the systems are ready to go.
OMI’s new POS system integrates a bold and customizable interface to feature as many functions and modes as possible to efficiently get your orders out on time.
The features include floor plans, dual language modality, live modifications and updates, and a call notification system for takeaway.
Additionally, the KDS is an extension of the POS system.
KDS provides timely information on items that need to be sent out together, items that have been completed and still to complete, and the customer's wait time since ordering.
OMI’s incorporation of the digital QR code menu system has its online menu pop up for customers when paired with any smartphone.
It is simple and easy to use, with optional images for every menu item.
OMI chose a design that is both functional and a true reflection of who they are as a business.
