What device do I need to run Orderbuddy?Orderbuddy is a cloud based solutions for businesses. This means, (except for our Mobilebuddy app), all our technology is web-based. You just need a web browser either on your mobile, iPad or laptop to access your back-end management system. You can access the Business Portal through here: orderbuddy.net.au. To run Orderbuddy POS, you need to prepare an IPad installed with IOS 12 and above system. Currently, Orderbuddy is not available on Samsung devices.

Do I have to pay extra for any features?No, when you sign on with Orderbuddy, you get access to all our new features. It doesn't matter how many new features we add, you will always pay the one flat-rate price. We are a fast growing enterprise and our team is constantly developing new features, and you will be able to use any features we develop for free in the future. Well guys, this sounds to good to be true?! Well it is true. Reason being is we own all our technology and IP in-house which means we have the flexible and entreprenurial team of fixing things ourselves and not contract out our services. This keeps our costs low, so we do not need to oncharge you anything as a business.
