A loyalty program that sits across the rest of the system. It reads the same sales the POS records and the same guests the booking system seats, so a regular is recognised however they arrive.
01Overview
Because it runs on the same system as the POS and the booking service, a spend rung up at the counter and a table booked online both count towards the same customer. There is no separate loyalty terminal to reconcile and no second customer list to keep in step.
The loyalty program is accessible via web or mobile and offers customisable promotions: buy X get Y free, vouchers, and points accumulation.

Every sale the POS records is a sale the loyalty program can count. Points accrue on the transaction the staff member is already ringing up, so there is nothing extra for them to remember at the counter.
A merchant portal enables restaurant managers to configure settings for in-store devices, so what the POS offers is what you set centrally.

The booking service and the loyalty program are part of the same platform, so the guest who reserves a table and the guest who earns points are the same record. There is no second customer list to keep in step.
Tags and comments on a booking travel with the guest, so the front desk sees a regular as a regular before they sit down.

Discounts by percentage or fixed amount; buy X, get Y free; spend a threshold and get a reward; vouchers; and points accumulation. Set them up once and they apply across the channels the customer actually uses.

Customers reach their loyalty account through their mobile wallet or the web — nothing to install, no card to lose. It is also built into the OrderBuddy App, where vouchers and points sit in a wallet alongside their order history.
