WeChat is one of the support channels on the plan, alongside email and phone. If your venue already messages us there, keep using that thread — otherwise the phone and email above reach the same team.
03Before you call
None of this is a form and none of it is required. It is just what the team reaches for first, so having it to hand skips a round trip.
The iPad running POS, the kitchen display, the dual display, or a browser on a laptop or phone. They fail in different ways.
If you run more than one site or a franchise group, name the venue. It tells us which menu, floor plan and terminals to open.
For anything about a single docket — a missing item, a refund, a bill that split oddly — the order number takes us straight to it.
04Common questions
Orderbuddy is a cloud based solutions for businesses. This means, (except for our Mobilebuddy app), all our technology is web-based. You just need a web browser either on your mobile, iPad or laptop to access your back-end management system.
To run Orderbuddy POS, you need to prepare an IPad installed with IOS 12 and above system. Currently, Orderbuddy is not available on Samsung devices.
