The OrderBuddy App puts your venue in front of customers who are already looking. They browse promotions, order, book a table and collect points; the orders land in the same POS and kitchen as everything else.
01Overview
The app lets customers discover nearby restaurants and order for dine-in, takeaway or delivery, with QR code table ordering, table reservations, real-time order tracking and secure payments through Adyen. Vouchers, gift cards and loyalty points sit in a wallet in the app.
For venues it is a channel, not another system to run. Orders placed through the app are sent straight to the kitchen or POS terminal, and promotions are configured from the same place as the rest of your offers.

A curated selection of promotions and discounts from nearby restaurants and cafes, from buy-one-get-one-free deals to discounts on popular menu items. Orders take a few taps, past orders are saved for reordering, and a Lucky Spin Wheel gives regulars another reason to open it.
App prices are the same as dine-in prices, and there are no fees or commissions.

It puts your restaurant in front of a network of customers actively searching for their next meal, and gives you somewhere to run exclusive promotions that bring them back.
Promotions can be scheduled by time, so you can target the non-peak hours that need the traffic, and limited-time offers and flash sales can go out quickly. You get the numbers back too — redemption rates, sales volume and customer engagement.

Orders placed through the app integrate with the merchant's existing POS system and are sent automatically to the kitchen or POS terminal. Nothing needs re-keying.
For orders paid online, transactions do not take 7 days to process; they will be processed by the end of the following day.

App prices are the same as your dine-in prices, and there are no fees or commissions — the same deal as the rest of the system.
